- Implemented OS upgrade on 1200+ servers including migrating associated applications.
- Implemented on campus walk-up compute device support service improving customer service delivery and freeing FTEs to work other projects.
- Eliminated 20K+ sq. ft. floor space and associated cost by consolidating data center, closets, and transitioning from physical to virtual servers.
- Performed comprehensive IT organizational reviews at higher education institutions resulting in organization restructuring and transformation recommendations.
- Implemented IT financial strategies to better utilize resources to meet current requirements and invest in innovation.
- Implemented security strategies and solutions resulting in minimizing security vulnerabilities.
